Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in a standalone HR role, preferably in multinational or large local organizations in Egypt.
- Self-starter with high integrity and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR aspects including recruitment, policy development, and compliance.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and HR best practices
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with HRIS experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
