Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, preparation of supporting analyses and management presentation materials.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, variance analyses and interpret key drivers of performance.
• Provide business partnering and translate financial objectives into actionable plans.
