Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking a senior fintech strategy executive to lead market positioning and act as a trusted advisor for global banking, payments, and financial services clients.

You will provide thought leadership, drive executive engagements, and enable new business models while translating market trends into differentiated product solutions. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering and deep domain expertise in financial services are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent field.
• Deep domain knowledge in banking, insurance, securities or financial services.
• Ability to guide customers through digital transformation with innovative methods.
• Ability to influence C-level executives through strategic messaging.
• Experience with fintech domains, cloud platforms and AI architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to develop market positioning and brand authority in fintech.
• Act as a driver for enabling new business models and executive alignment.
• Capture and share industry best practices across ecosystems and associations.
• Define business and technical solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver technical demos and guidance to support sales with customers.
• Gather market feedback to inform product development and optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.
