Job summary

Mindware is seeking a Financial Analyst to monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance in the UAE and regional markets. You will forecast revenues and expenditures, build robust financial models and support senior management in strategic decisions with periodic reports.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, VAT and tax knowledge, and strong analytical skills to optimize financial performance across departments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with VAT reporting, ICV certifications, AP approvals, and income tax filings
• Ability to analyze financial statements and forecast performance

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and forecast revenues and expenditures.
• Develop financial models for decision support.
• Support management in financial planning and resource allocation.
• Perform variance studies and develop forecast models.
• Generate periodic reports with accurate financial reporting.
• Propose process improvements to optimize workflows and growth.
