Job summary

Midis Group in Dubai seeks a Financial Analyst to track performance, analyze business results, and build forecasts that inform tactical and strategic decisions. You will consolidate financial statements, develop models, and deliver periodic reports to senior management.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of UAE tax and regulatory practices are valued as you support optimization

Qualifications

• Experience with VAT reporting, calculation, and filing processes in UAE or region.
• Experience with ICV, AP approvals, corporate tax handling, and transfer pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and build forecasts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

b Consolidate and analyze financial statements forecast future revenues and expenditures and create financial models for decision supportSupport the management team in developing financial plans and determine the best use of resources to achieve business objectives business casesIdentify trends keep track of business and financial performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on set financial plansPerform variance studies and comparative performance and develop forecast models accordinglyGenerate periodic reports and work closely with the accounting finance teams to ensure accurate financial reportingDevelop update and drive process and policy improvements optimizing workflows and improving financial growthProvide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performanceUnderstand the various departments and divisions and provide ideas to grow and improve the businessConsult with the management team to guide strategic decision making and provide support to projects as and when neededMaintain knowledge and keep abreast of new financial regulations or policies
