Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho/QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the budgeting process and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and oversee banking relationships.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost-control strategies.
• Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.
