Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years in Finance & Accounting with 10+ years as Finance Manager in GCC.
• Experience in Shipyard, Offshore, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Engineering industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor financial performance and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Develop annual budgets, financial plans, and weekly forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and project performance.
• Support strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Prepare cost centre‑wise Profit & Loss analysis.
• Monitor project/job code profitability and notify management of cost variances.
• Coordinate with project and operational teams for financial tracking.
• Manage company treasury, banking relationships, and working capital.
• Provide weekly cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning reports.
• Ensure UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, e-invoicing, and statutory obligations.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and maintain strong governance.
• Advise senior management on financial strategies and business risks.
• Identify profitability enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Support commercial decision‑making and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting Department.
