Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a UAE National finance professional to help shape a finance function from the ground up. You will be a strategic business partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making, designing processes, implementing technology solutions and contributing to the organisation's long-term growth strategy.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to provide commercial insight, while driving transformation, including ERP/workflow

Qualifications

• UAE National with finance/FP&A experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
• Experience improving processes or supporting transformation initiatives.
• Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
