Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a UAE-based, high-profile organisation in Dubai with appointing a UAE National finance leader to build and shape a new finance function. The role focuses on FP&A, business partnering and driving transformation across finance processes and systems.

The successful candidate will partner with executives, manage large-scale initiatives, and contribute to long-term strategic planning in a fast-evolving environment backed by significant investment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with finance exposure (FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence decision-making with commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
