Job summary

RNA Resources Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Dubai to drive demand planning, inventory optimization and assortment strategies for the GCC region. You will forecast trends, manage stock levels, analyze sales, and coordinate with merchandising, marketing and logistics to align product launches and promotions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with OTB planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in OTB management and assortment planning.
Experience in pre-season and in-season planning.
Ability to devise promotion strategies to boost sales and manage pricing targets.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Forecast demand for fashion products by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Monitor stock levels and turnover to optimize inventory and reduce excess stock.
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports on metrics and recommendations.
Assist in developing seasonal product assortments aligned with brand strategy.
Work with merchandising, marketing and logistics to align launches and promotions.
Collaborate on pricing analysis, monitor markdowns and promotions.
Track KPIs like turnover, sales growth and gross margin; propose improvements.
