Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, contract management, or procurement leadership roles.
• Experience managing large, multi-service contracts or facilities management portfolios.
• Experience in complex operational environments such as large infrastructure or high-footfall assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and procurement strategy for facilities management services.
• Manage commercial risks, contractual obligations, and financial performance of FM contracts.
• Develop supplier performance frameworks including KPIs and SLAs.
