Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking an Audit Manager in Dubai to lead a portfolio of client audits and Drive high-quality financial reporting. You will manage the full audit lifecycle, coordinate with engagement leaders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing your team.

You will possess 6–8 years of external audit experience from a Big 4, hold professional qualifications (ACCA/CA/ACA/CPA), and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills in a bilingual English/Arabic

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or related major.
• 6–8 years of external financial audit experience at a Big 4.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ACA, or CPA.
• Experience auditing Banking/Insurance clients is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic and English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full audit lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Lead portfolio of client audits and liaise with client management.
• Design audit strategy and guide execution with engagement leader.
• Maintain relationships with senior management and audit committees.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with risk, quality and independence standards.
• Promote adoption of digital audit technologies and new delivery models.
• Participate in recruitment and capabilities development.
