Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a flagship client portfolio, directing end-to-end audit cycles from planning to completion. You will guide audit strategy, ensure quality and compliance, and work with senior client contacts to address regulatory developments.

Qualifications

A degree in accounting, finance or related major.
Minimum of 6-8 years of external financial audit experience in a Big 4 firm.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ACA or CPA completed.
Experience auditing Banking/Insurance clients is an asset.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual Arabic and English is a plus.
Knowledge of ISAs, IFRS and FS regulations.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Comfort with senior stakeholder engagement and advisory work.

Responsibilities

Leading a portfolio of client audits and day-to-day client liaison.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development with clients.
Developing audit strategies and guiding execution in line with engagement leader guidance.
Managing large audit projects to meet key deadlines and quality standards.
Advising on financial reporting changes and regulatory developments.
Maintaining relationships with senior client personnel and audit committees.
