Job summary

Peergrowth is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect in Dubai to shape the Group's technology strategy across applications, data, AI and security. You will lead hybrid-cloud architecture, establish standards and guide major technology investments, while entity IT teams handle local delivery and operations.

The role requires strong technical judgment, vendor evaluation, and hands-on design authority to deliver scalable, secure architecture across the Group.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in enterprise technology, infrastructure or solution architecture with hands-on responsibility.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale hybrid and cloud solutions, preferably in Azure.
• Practical knowledge of AD and Microsoft Entra ID, networking, virtualization, storage, backup and DR.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture, system integration, APIs and data platforms.
• Proven ability to assess options, challenge vendors, evaluate costs and support complex delivery.
• Experience across multiple business units or diverse technology environments is preferred.
• Ability to balance Group-wide standards with local business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop current-state and target-state architectures across apps, infra, cloud, identity, data and AI.
• Use technology inventory to identify dependencies, duplication, debt and modernization opportunities.
• Align roadmaps with business priorities and the Group's strategy.
• Design hybrid/cloud architectures for platforms, on-prem, networking, identity and security.
• Create cloud migration blueprints with workload priorities, dependencies, costs and approaches.
• Assess modernization options for scalable, secure, supportable solutions.
• Review proposals and challenge vendor recommendations, assumptions and costs.
• Maintain architecture decision records and approved standards.
• Ensure investments have technical and commercial assessments.
• Establish reusable integration standards across ERP, data platforms and AI.
