The role collaborates with employers, students, alumni, and internal stakeholders to drive career development initiatives, internships, and related events and programs in a dynamic university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 4–6 years of professional work experience after degree.
• Customer-facing experience in higher education settings.
• Experience with students, alumni, and employer communities.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic employer relationships to create internships and graduate employment.
• Coordinate employer engagement events and partner outreach activities.
• Advise students on internship eligibility, processes, and placements.
• Deliver career readiness workshops and organize career fairs.
• Maintain employer databases, reporting, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
