Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to develop demand forecasts and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure product availability. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and has 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 16,000 AED.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Experience with Open to Buy planning and retail inventory metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams on forecast assumptions.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
• Analyze sales performance to adjust forecasts and minimize stock issues.
• Assist in seasonal planning and product life cycle management.
• Manage Open to Buy budgets aligning purchasing with sales targets.
• Provide regular reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Support S&OP processes to drive forecasting accuracy.
