Job summary

Rothschild & Co in Dubai is seeking an accomplished professional to support debt advisory and restructuring engagements. You will contribute to financial analyses, model building, and client presentations across multiple transactions in a dynamic, multi-geography environment.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience in restructuring or investment banking, deep financial acumen, and the ability to coach junior staff while delivering precise, timely results for clients in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in restructuring debt advisory or investment banking.
• Genuine interest in corporate finance with a focus on debt advisory and/or restructuring space in the MENA region
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to develop financial models with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis
• Ability to coach and mentor analysts and interns is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously
• Ability to build effective relationships internally between individuals teams and lines of business across different geographies
• Knowledge of various debt instruments
• An exceptional strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word PowerPoint and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions including client development and initial opportunity evaluation reviewing term sheets legal implementation debt documents defining supporting analysis and transaction strategy and execution;
• Contribute to the preparation of financial analyses and financial models required for evaluating and completing such transactions as well as client presentations information memoranda and offering documents;
• Researching relevant industries to support the wider teams marketing initiatives optimising various sources of information; and
• Supporting the team to coordinate each transaction process both internally and with other advisors.
