Job summary

The CNS Cybersecurity Advisory & Assurance Lead is a senior, hands-on cybersecurity professional responsible for leading complex assessments and transformation programmes for enterprise and government customers.

The role independently leads comprehensive, framework-based assessments (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-series, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls and UAE/GCC regulations), taking engagements from workshops to remediation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience across multiple disciplines.
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity maturity and capability assessments, including current-state and target-state assessments.
• Perform control design and operating-effectiveness assessments.
• Review policies and operating models against NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, UAE/GCC regulations.
• Advise on SOC capabilities, SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intel, incident response, vulnerability management.
• Assess security architecture across cloud, on-premise, and OT/ICS environments.
• Evaluate governance, risk, third-party risk, and secure development practices.
• Develop remediation roadmaps, maturity models, heatmaps, and dashboards.
• Present findings to CISOs, CIOs, and executives; guide workshops and evidence collection.
