Job summary

Kayali is seeking a Finance professional to lead cost accounting and inventory control across our manufacturing and global supply chain. The role focuses on standard costing, landed cost management, and intercompany cost consistency to improve profitability.

You will collaborate with operations, product development, and logistics to ensure accurate data capture and reporting. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in cost accounting, a CPA/CMA is preferred, and strong ERP/Excel skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of cost accounting and financial analysis experience in CPG or manufacturing.
• Strong costing fundamentals: standard costing, BOM, inventory accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics preferred) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own product cost master data in the ERP, BOM management, and validation of co-manufacturer and kitting locations.
• Maintain standard costs across SKUs and entities; monitor landed costs and freight/duty absorption.
• Provide costing support to product development and marketing; govern cost model annually.
• Reconcile inventory across ERP and 3PLs; validate production plans and supplier costs.
• Lead period stock counts and intercompany cost consistency; prepare monthly cost/inventory packs.
• Support IFRS compliance in cost accounting; drive cost improvements and automation.
