Kingston Stanley seeks an experienced Corporate Affairs & Communications Lead to shape the organisation's narrative and protect its reputation across the UAE and GCC. You will steer corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management while advising C-suite executives on high-profile matters.

The role requires deep knowledge of technology/telecom sectors and strong relationships with regional media.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate affairs or strategic communications.
• Background in technology and/or telecommunications sectors.
• Proven media relations, crisis management and reputation management experience.
• Strong relationships with regional media and UAE/GCC communications landscape.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation's corporate affairs and strategic communications strategy.
• Lead corporate communications, external communications and media relations activities.
• Protect and enhance the organisation's reputation through crisis and issues management.
• Build strong relationships with media, industry bodies, government-related entities and other stakeholders.
• Provide trusted communications counsel to senior executives and support executive positioning.
• Lead thought leadership, corporate messaging, media engagement and spokesperson preparation.
• Anticipate reputational risks and develop proactive communications and crisis-response plans.
• Ensure consistent messaging across corporate, commercial and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and develop the communications team while managing external agencies and partners.
