Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive performance and revenue growth across the Corporate and Airline segments. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hotel sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop client relationships effectively. Responsibilities include managing business plans, identifying business opportunities, and leading negotiations. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably in Corporate and/or Airline segments.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets through strategic selling.
  • Prior experience within Accor or other international hotel brands in the UAE or GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a structured business plan for the Corporate and Airline segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and airline partners.
  • Lead negotiations with airlines and procurement teams.
  • Analyze market trends to drive strategy.
