A reputable company in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, is seeking a Male Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Industrial, or Trading sectors. This role includes providing leadership, managing HR functions, and boosting efficiency through strategic planning. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial or Trading sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in production, warehouse, logistics, procurement and HR.
• Strengthen teams through recruitment, training and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Free Zone and regulatory requirements.
• Implement policies, KPIs and cost controls to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
