Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Communications leader to guide strategic internal communications for EurAsia Commercial Enablement. You will advise the SVP and leadership on messaging, shape executive visibility, and drive employee engagement and change communications across diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with GCCM colleagues to ensure alignment with business priorities and measure impact using data-driven insights while supporting external reputation initiatives as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in strategic internal or corporate communications, or 8 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience navigating a matrix leadership model.
• Strong generalist experience across multiple communications disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy for EurAsia Commercial Enablement.
• Advise executives on communications with clarity, authenticity and impact.
• Create audience-relevant communications across leader channels, forums, meetings and digital platforms.
• Shape executive visibility and external reputation where appropriate.
• Partner with GCCM and HR to integrate communications into planning and change initiatives.
