Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide strategic leadership and manage commercial contracts across multiple workstreams. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity. Candidates should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, strong communication skills, and experience with major projects in the Middle East. This position is office-based in Dubai and includes travel to Iraq as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum overall relevant experience 12 years.
• Minimum relevant experience 5 years in the role.
• Professional memberships and charterships required; MRICS or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of all commercial aspects of major developments and consulting assignments.
• Experience of major projects in the Middle East, Arabic speaking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial leadership across all workstreams.
• Act as a key interface between Task Order Managers and project teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance.
• Support the preparation and review of contracts and agreements.
