Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Capital Projects consultant to transform planning, governance, and delivery of major investments. You will work with executives, sponsors, PMOs, and delivery teams to drive performance and enable digital transformation across capital-intensive industries.

Role combines consulting, project controls, business transformation, and technology-enabled delivery to achieve predictable outcomes and maximize investment value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Projects consulting, PMO or project controls across EPC/infrastructure sectors.
• Experience managing large-scale capital programs and client-facing workstreams.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on project controls, governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation.
• Assess and enhance PMO effectiveness and controls operating models.
• Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments.
• Support governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes.
• Conduct schedule, risk, and earned value reviews and reporting.
• Define executive dashboards for program and portfolio management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities.
• Support implementation of capital project management platforms and reporting solutions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
• Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
