Job summary

Accenture PLC in Abu Dhabi leads Capital Projects at the intersection of strategy and execution. As a Capital Projects Analyst, you will analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance information, and support the implementation of leading capital project management processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in capital projects, PMO, or project controls is advantageous.
• Knowledge of EPC, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or manufacturing projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls and PMO activities across major capital programs.
• Analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value reporting.
• Support project governance, assurance, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting dashboards and BI solutions.
• Gather requirements and document process improvement recommendations.
• Support implementation and optimization of capital project systems and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders.
