Job summary

Serviceplan Group Middle East is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to bridge client needs and delivery teams in Dubai. You will elicit requirements, map processes, and translate them into clear specifications that guide the project from concept to delivery.

You will run interviews and workshops, support sessions with client teams, and identify gaps and risks early to ensure practical, implementable workflows in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or similar role.
• Strong requirements engineering skills: you can run interviews, write clear user stories, and produce structured specifications.
• Process mapping and optimisation experience - you know how to read a broken workflow and design a better one.
• Experience in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments preferred.
• Clear, structured written communication - your documentation is used, not filed.
• Client-facing experience: you can run a working session and manage expectations without escalating everything.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
• Map as-is processes and design to-be workflows that are practical and implementable
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for the delivery team
• Validate that what is being built actually solves the problem that was identified
• Support workshop preparation and facilitate working sessions with client teams
• Identify gaps, contradictions, and risks in requirements before they become delivery problems
