Job summary

Sdeira Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Budgeting Specialist to support development, consolidation, and analysis of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will partner with departments to gather inputs and maintain budgeting models to ensure accuracy.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, identify variances, propose cost-saving opportunities, and help governance of budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant finance/administration field.
• CMA/ACCA/CFA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of budgeting, FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in real estate, facilities management, property management, hospitality, or diversified group organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting methodologies, forecasting techniques, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets across all business units and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather budget inputs, assumptions, and supporting documentation.
• Support quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Maintain budgeting models and planning templates for consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor budget submissions and ensure alignment with objectives and targets.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecast.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget performance reports and dashboards.
• Support management presentations and executive reporting requirements.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and key financial metrics.
• Track departmental spending and budget utilization.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor performance against budgets and highlight risks.
• Support budget controls and governance processes.
• Liaise with finance teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data collection.
• Provide guidance on budgeting policies, procedures, and timelines.
• Support budget review meetings and management discussions.
• Maintain budgeting databases, reports, and financial planning tools.
• Assist in enhancing budgeting processes, reporting automation, and financial models.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within budgeting and reporting systems.
• Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
