Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas market working with operators, EPC’s, and service companies.
- Strong experience in understanding sales agreements and distributor contracts.
- Ability to travel regionally and globally more than half of the time.
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets and achieve business growth year over year.
- Develop sales strategies to support growth including local content plans.
- Manage and coach area sales managers / teams and assign goals to contribute to overall target achievement.
