Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic B2B Sales Closer to drive new business growth for their fast-growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. As a proven sales professional with a track record in high-ticket service sales you\'ll be responsible for closing qualified leads nurturing high-potential prospects and representing the agency in key sales conversations with mid-size and large organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Process: Manage sales from discovery to close ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and convert them into high-value clients using value-based selling.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct consultative calls to understand client needs and position our services.
  • Proposals: Develop and present custom proposals with our strategy team.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and outreach teams to optimize the sales funnel and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Forecast revenue, track KPIs and report on sales performance.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong communication with clients before handover to account management.
Requirements
