Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant for a 6-month contract. You will assess clients' AI maturity, develop strategic roadmaps, and prepare organizations for AI adoption and scaling.

You will guide governance, data management, and change programs, lead workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations and tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy or AI consulting.
• Proven track record of assessing AI maturity and developing AI readiness frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data management, and AI ethics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage consulting engagements independently within the 6-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' AI maturity through evaluations of processes, data, and readiness.
• Develop AI readiness frameworks and strategic roadmaps tailored to client goals.
• Provide guidance on governance, ethics, and best practices for AI adoption.
