Qualifications

• Consulting Project/Program Design: Contribute to and record the design of the project architecture.
• Consulting Project Delivery: Research, analyze information and deliver training and reports.
• Consulting Project Content Development: Develop materials for presentations and client reports.
• Community of Practice Management: Participate in a community of practice to build expertise.
• Client Issue Diagnosis: Analyze information to diagnose client issues and design solutions.
• Client Issue Clarification: Conduct interviews to gather information on client issues.
• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate process development workshops and document workflows.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct primary research to analyze key themes.
