A leading aviation services provider in the UAE seeks a VP – Account Management to oversee client relationships, drive commercial growth, and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves developing strategic account plans and identifying upsell opportunities. Candidates should have over 8 years of commercial management experience in the aviation sector, with proficiency in English. This position offers a dynamic work environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years commercial management experience, with 5 in a similar role in the aviation industry.
  • Experience in senior management roles for at least 5 years.
  • 15-20 years experience in private or international organizations related to the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients.
