Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Accountant for our Dibba-El-Fujairah team. The role covers day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience and is proficient in accounting software, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Local UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in accounting, finance, bookkeeping and taxation laws.
• Familiarity with accounting software and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records of income and expenses.
• Preparing financial statements, budgets and other reports.
• Reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
• Monitoring cash flow and suggesting efficiency improvements.
• Assisting with audits, tax preparation, payroll processing and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting management with long-term budget preparation.
• Developing internal procedures to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Preparing financial forecasts as needed by management.
