Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a seasoned cable/conductor production specialist to join our client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years in LV/MV/HV cable production, hands-on experience with rigid stranding machines up to 61 wires, ability to read drawings and set machine parameters, and a solid grasp of production and quality control processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cable/conductor manufacturing.
• Strong experience in LV, MV & HV cable/conductor production.
• Mandatory: Rigid Stranding Machine experience up to 61 wires.
• Central Stranding experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine setup, wire feeding, spool loading & tension adjustment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and set machine parameters.
• Good understanding of production and quality control processes.
