Job summary

Shamal Holding, under the Skydive Dubai umbrella, seeks a retail store supervisor to manage daily operations, stock, and customer service at the Dubai shop. You will oversee inventory, assist customers, and handle POS transactions to ensure smooth store performance.

The role requires 2 years of storekeeping experience, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and a driving license for inter-shop commuting. Working on-site in Dubai with responsibilities across sales and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and recordkeeping.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma with ability to commute between Palm & the desert shop.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries.
• Restocking items and maintaining organized sales floor.
• Assisting customers in locating items and informing them of promotions.
• Processing payments using the shop's POS system.
• Performing end-of-day cleaning duties.
• Addressing customer complaints professionally.
• Conducting price audits to identify discrepancies.
• Stocking of operational materials and supplies.

This role comes under our Skydive Dubai umbrella and will be responsi for general supervision this position will be responsible for the retail store which includes but is not limited to, stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control, sales, customer service and related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
• Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
• Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
• Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
• Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Performing end-of-day cleaning duties
