Hilton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Storekeeper to support procurement operations, verify deliveries, and manage inventory to ensure hotel services run smoothly. The role involves handling invoices, processing requisitions, and maintaining stock levels across departments.

As a Storekeeper at Hilton, you’ll contribute to a seamless supply chain, uphold hospitality standards, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a demanding hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
• Process and verify deliveries: accept all purchased products, ensuring accuracy by checking deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications
• Fulfill requisitions: issue and deliver items to departments as requested, maintaining stock levels and notifying supervisors of low or out-of-stock items
• Process invoices: receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies
