Job summary

REAPHR is seeking a Store Supervisor for its ladies fashion retail business in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on supervising daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating tailoring and stock replenishment to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Abaya/Kandura or perfume retail, fluent English and Arabic, and a professional, sales-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking ability is mandatory.
• 1–3 years in Abaya/Kandura or perfume retail preferred.
• Professional appearance with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily store operations and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid outages.
• Maintain proper product displays and merchandising to attract customers.
• Assist customers in selecting Abayas, Kanduras, perfumes, and Dukhoon and coordinate tailoring requests.
