Job summary

Focus Awwal Delivery Service LLC is seeking a careful and physically fit picker for our UAE operations. You will process orders via the InstaShop system, pick items from shelves with high accuracy, and check expiry dates, size and brand before packing securely for delivery.

You will ensure orders meet SLA targets, coordinate with store staff and riders, and maintain an orderly picking area. Immediate joiners and UAE visa holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket/warehouse/picker/packer/delivery experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone/app for order processing.
• Physically fit to stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Own UAE visa preferred if applicable.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through InstaShop system.
• Pick products accurately from shelves according to customer orders.
• Check quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before picking.
• Replace items when unavailable following the process.
• Pack items carefully to prevent damage or leakage.
• Meet daily productivity and order fulfilment targets.
• Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe picking area.
• Report missing, damaged, expired or unavailable products.

Job description

1. Receive and process customer orders through the InstaShop application/system.

2. Pick products accurately from the assigned supermarket/store shelves according to customer orders.

3. Check product quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before picking.

4. Select suitable replacements when an ordered item is unavailable, following the required process.

5. Pack picked items carefully to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination.

6. Ensure orders are completed within the required SLA/time targets.

7. Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required.

8. Keep the picking area clean, organized, and safe.

9. Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the appropriate team.

10. Follow store policies, food-safety standards, and company SOPs.

11. Maintain good attendance and report for assigned shifts on time.

12. Handle customer orders professionally and maintain a high level of accuracy.

13. Support stock checking and other operational tasks when required.

14. Achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
