Job summary

Focus Awwal Delivery Service LLC is seeking an InstaShop E-Picker to join our warehouse team in Dubai. You will receive and process customer orders through the InstaShop app, pick items from shelves, and prepare them for delivery with attention to quality and accuracy.

This role requires basic English, the ability to use a smartphone for order processing, physical fitness for long standing shifts, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket/warehouse picking preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone for order processing.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Own UAE visa preferred, if applicable.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through the InstaShop application/system.
• Pick products accurately from shelves according to customer orders.
• Check quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before picking.
• Select replacements when items are unavailable, per process.
• Pack picked items carefully to prevent damage or leakage.
• Ensure orders are completed within SLA/time targets.
• Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required.
• Keep the picking area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products.
• Follow store policies, food-safety standards, and SOPs.
• Maintain attendance and report for shifts on time.
• Handle customer orders professionally and maintain accuracy.
• Support stock checking and other tasks when required.
• Achieve daily productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment targets.

• Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required.
• Keep the picking area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the appropriate team.
• Follow store policies, food-safety standards, and company SOPs.
• Maintain good attendance and report for assigned shifts on time.
• Handle customer orders professionally and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Skills

Previous supermarket, warehouse, picker, packer, or delivery-related experience is preferred.
