Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Store Manager for a luxury men’s wear brand in Dubai. The role oversees store operations, team leadership, and clienteling to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

The candidate should have 5+ years in luxury retail, strong grooming, and proven VIP client management. Monthly salary up to 20,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications; full-time placement in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail especially men’s wear.
• Male candidate aged 38 or younger.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation for a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to manage VIP/high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve KPIs.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
• Represent the brand at events and product launches; assist regional marketing.
• Maintain brand standards in merchandising, visual presentation, and service.

Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience. Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the brand at events, product launches, and within the community. Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and business planning.
• Maintain and enforce the brand’s standards in merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service

Qualifications

• Male, Open to 38 yrs old and below
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on Luxury Men's Wear / Men's Fashion is required
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation suitable for a luxury fashion environment
• Expert-level clienteling skills with proven experience managing VIP / high-net-worth clients
