  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic cycle counts.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment alerts to procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and storage regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and collection of items across projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a Store Keeper to manage and oversee all warehouse and inventory operations at Visioneers. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all assets, equipment, and consumables supporting production, events, and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries ensuring items match purchase orders and quality standards.
  • Organize, label, and maintain stock in an orderly system.
  • Issue materials and equipment to staff based on approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic cycle counts.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment alerts to procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and storage regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics for delivery and collection of items across projects and events.
  • Support asset tagging, tracking, and disposal processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
