Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Store Assistant in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Emirate, near Al Ain. The role focuses on on-day deliveries to pharmacies and hospitals, stock handling, and warehouse support as needed.

You will ensure proper loading/unloading, communicate with supervisors and partners, and maintain vehicle health under healthcare standards. The position requires readiness for weekend or night shifts and the ability to lift heavy items.

• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts whenever duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently delivering the product on-day to day basis to the allotted Pharmacies/Hospitals.
• Picking, Checking, Loading and Unloading stock with proper care & handling as per invoice and slots.
• In case of no deliveries scheduled for the day, assist and support the warehouse and completing the task assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible to pick the allotted stocks from the warehouse and load & unload the delivery can / truck as per the trip plan.
• Responding appropriately to Unit’s inquiries and complaints.
• In case of any goods return from the Unit end, coordinate, and confirm with concerned warehouse team before accepting the goods.
• Responsible to collect P.O.D (Proof of Delivery) on a daily basis and handover to concerned warehouse team on regular basis.
• Update trip log sheet with the required details before and after delivery for the audit purpose.
• Effective Communication and Coordination with supervisors and Business Partners.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify the Manager/ Supervisor of any issues and responsible for Maintenance of the vehicle as per the healthcare standards (Maintenance of Vehicle, Vehicle inspection at regular intervals, and also to complete regulatory process by coordinating with concerned department.)
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality of healthcare standards.
