Job summary

GMG is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Dubai to manage barcoding, stock-takes and FEFO stock control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

The role requires basic English, strong organizational skills and the ability to perform ad-hoc tasks for the retail and logistics teams, while maintaining compliance with GMG policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Performs barcoding and stamping on items per rules.
• Performs stock-take as per management guidelines.
• Ensures items are stocked per supplier and FEFO (First Expiry First Out).
• Maintains cleanliness and order of the warehouse.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the HOD.
• Abide by GMG policies and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Performs barcoding and stamping on items as per regulatory rules.
• Conducts regular stock-takes and reconciliations.
• Organizes and shelves items according to FEFO principles.
• Maintains clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assists retail team for store openings and other tasks as needed.
• Adheres to GMG policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

• Performs barcoding and ensuring that barcodes are properly stamped on each item in accordance to the regulatory rules and policies.
• Perform Stock-take as per management guidelines.
• Ensures that items are properly stocked according to supplier and arranged as FEFO (first Expiry First Out).
• Ensures cleanliness and order of the warehouse.
• Performs ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the HOD such as assisting the retail team for new store opening events etc.
• Abide by the GMG policies and procedure.

Job Requirements:
