We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Kitchen Stewarding Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the stewarding team, managing inventory of equipment and chemicals, and ensuring seamless support to the culinary and service teams. This role is critical to the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchens.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen stewarding role, with at least 1 year in a shift leader capacity, preferably within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
