A 5-star beachfront hotel is seeking a Team Leader – Stewarding to manage the stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training team members, and maintaining sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in stewarding with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in stewarding, at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
