Job summary

Royal TEch Aluminium and Steel Workshop LLC seeks an experienced steel fixing supervisor to lead on-site teams in Dubai. You will ensure timelines, safety and quality while coordinating with other trades to integrate steel works.

The role requires a high school diploma, a steel fixing or construction certification, and at least 5 years' experience with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong reinforcement knowledge.

• Certification in steel fixing or construction.
• Minimum 5 years in steel fixing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of steel reinforcement techniques and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the steel fixing crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee fitting, fabrication and site execution of steel works.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute reinforcement placement.
• Conduct regular inspections of installed steel reinforcement for quality and safety.
• Coordinate with other construction trades to integrate steel fixing activities.
