Your role

- Provide technical support to the sales team in presenting steam solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Line Managers (BLMs) to address technical inquiries and requirements.
- Serve as the company's representative in customer interactions, especially in discussions related to steam applications.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Apply extensive experience in steam sales to contribute to effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in articulating the benefits and features of steam solutions to potential clients.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers, providing insights and expertise on steam applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor steam solutions according to customer specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in steam technology.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various steam types, ranges, and applications.
To succeed, you will need
- Knowledge of UAE, Oman, Qatar, Egypt & Iraq Market.
- Knowledge of O&G Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream & Petrochemical Industries, General Industry, Power & Desalination Plants, including institutional industry (Hospitals, Municipality, Hotels, etc...).
- Steam applications and use in above stated industries, including different types of steam boilers and ancillaries.
- Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Adequate PC knowledge: use of MS Office tools, SalesForce & PowerPoint Presentation skills required.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in steam sales and steam applications.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with other temperature control systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
