Job summary

MediSpend in Dubai seeks a subject matter expert for state price transparency reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring compliant filings and timely validation. You will monitor triggers like price changes, review SPTR reports, and guide clients through complex regulations.

Collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, Government Pricing, and IT teams, you will drive process improvements, centralized tracking, and automation to reduce risk while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of pricing constructs such as WAC, ASP, discounts, and rebates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across different jurisdictions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal and Regulatory.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on state price transparency requirements to ensure compliant reporting.
• Prepare, review, and validate SPTR reports across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor reporting triggers such as WAC increases and new product launches.
• Interpret complex, non-uniform state regulations and provide guidance to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Government Pricing, Commercial, Legal, and IT teams.
• Drive process improvements, centralized tracking tools, and automation to reduce compliance risk.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
