The project:

This is an opportunity to be part of high-profile projects for mixed used, commercial and residential development, including Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Provides Stakeholder & Communications service support to designated projects within the Centre of Excellence.
  • Executes function-specific activities under supervision of senior management or project leaders.
  • Guides effective application of stakeholder management strategies on assigned commissions.
  • Develops strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Delivers duties outlined in management plans and facilitates performance reporting and reviews.
  • Contributes to evolving Stakeholder & Communications functional methodologies.
  • Enhances collaboration across disciplines such as stakeholder management, communications, and interface management.
  • Aligns activities with Mace Control Centre standards and seeks continuous process improvements.
You’ll need to have:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Introductory experience supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services.
